Performance and application

FA 820K-O is a self-shielded flux cored wire of Mn-Cr alloy series, all austenitic composite surfacing metals have high plasticity and can be used as transition layer for surfacing. Work hardness of surfacing layer is up to 400HB, it is non-magnetic stainless steel. Deposited metal has good elongation and it is used as a transition layer on the old hardfacing layer. FA 820K-O surfacing layer is resistant to high impact and shrinkage load property.
